Another lounge for cozy dinners or as a breakfast area leads to the typical open patio with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Opposite the patio are 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two flights of stairs lead from the entrance hall to the first floor. On this level there are 3 further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

There is also a children's room with a shower room and a children's playroom that has a very good variety. Other features of the property are SAT/TV in all bedrooms and in the fireplace room, DVD, music player, internet access. The central underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere in winter and the fans in summer for pleasant temperatures.

The outdoor area impresses with the spacious pool of 10 x 5 m with terrace areas. Several terraces with furniture offer various retreat options. The secluded outdoor area with manicured lawns offers plenty of privacy. Two pavilions provide shade in summer. From the pool level you have a wonderful view of the sea.
